Every Silver Group Rentals property includes a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, smart TVs, and washer/dryer. Many homes also feature arcades, game rooms, private pools, hot tubs, and outdoor pavilions.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation policies vary by property. Most properties offer a full refund for cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival, while some require more than 60 days notice for a full refund.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

The minimum age for the primary renter is either 18 or 25 depending on the property. All primary renters must sign a Renter Agreement before check-in.
